Educators can now engage with Steve online—whether from a conference room, a PLC meeting, a faculty gathering, or anywhere in the world.

For more than 40 years, Steve has delivered on-site training, coaching, and consulting to educators worldwide. While scheduling and budget constraints have sometimes made in-person engagement difficult, online services now make it possible for schools and districts to access Steve’s expertise in a flexible, cost-effective format.

Online Coaching & Consulting Sessions

In a 75–90 minute live online session, Steve can:

• Lead tailored workshops on pre-selected topics
• (e.g., supporting instructional coaches, goal setting within PLCs)
• Consult with leadership teams such as school leadership teams or district curriculum groups to address specific goals
• (e.g., selecting power standards or aligning instructional priorities)
• Observe live, job-embedded practices—including coaching sessions, leadership meetings, or PLCs—and provide targeted feedback

For organizations with staff across multiple sites, sessions may be recorded for participants who are unable to attend live or for onboarding new staff.
