As a Ph.D. student researching teacher capacity at Johns Hopkins University, Sarah Caroleo shares findings indicating that weaker levels of teacher self-efficacy can relate to intensified feelings of burnout and demoralization. She shares strategies coaches and administrators can implement to support teacher self-efficacy.
