Steve Barkley has teamed up with ESC Region 13 in Texas to bring you a personalized learning and coaching course that will help improve your coaching and take your skills to the next level.

In this self-paced online course, you’ll work through your ideal instructional coaching module with a dedicated facilitator. You’ll also get one-on-one personalized virtual coaching sessions with a Region 13 Instructional Coach and Steve Barkley. Plus, you’ll gain access to helpful resources and connect with colleagues facing similar challenges.

This course is personalized.

The content is designed to build your coaching skills in the area which will best serve your needs at this time. After you register, you will have an initial one-on-one Zoom session with a Region 13 Instructional Coach to identify a desired learning outcome and uncover its key elements. With the support of your coach, you will then select to focus on one online Instructional Coaching Module based on your experience and expected application of learning.
